Hi, I haven't been shopping around on here for a while, but today when I was, I remembered from the last time that on a search for something, say clothing where you put in your preferences for colour style, etc. and click on See All isn't working at all. Anyone else having a problem? Thanks

So sorry to bug you again, but I just can't get in to refine my search for something. Phoned ebay, I usually have good results from reps, but as much as she tried, I don't think she really knew what I was talking about. She said to clear cache, which I do on a regular basis, but nothing.

Could I trouble someone, if you've got a spare minute, to try a search for example a dress, etc.and try to refine the search by clicking on See All, to see if you can put in your preferences for colour, length, etc.

Would really appreciate it - trying to get my sister a gift and suddenly there's no way I can get in.

I searched for dress in womens clothing and can use the 'see all' function although it does take a second to pop up. Have you tried using 'More Refinements' which is near the bottom left? The functions worked for me on both IE and Firefox.

ditto, 'see all' brought up a pop-up box with many ways to narrow the search, but it took a good 3 or 4 seconds to come up. Since it is a pop-up box, do you have any kind of pop-up blocker turned on? A browser option, or even something part of anti-virus software perhaps?

pjcdn & stouffvillejen - thank you both so much for your help. This is so weird, I've used this function so many times before, infact I have Saved Searches which have all the refinements there - one just about 2 weeks ago. Anyway, even clicking on more refinements hasn't worked - checked to see that my pop up blocker wasn't on, and it isn't. I've always used IE8. I did notice, maybe it was there before when it worked, that when I press on See All for a second the word javascript pops up at the very bottom left hand side. I thought for sure I had java installed, but checked and it wasn't there. So I installed it.......still nothing.

Anyway, again thanks - the gremlins must be invading my computer, but this really is a pain. Any other good Samaritan got any ideas?
