I've been trying to ship items through the ebay/paypal website and it won't work. I get into the paypal section, enter all of the customs info, then it won't let me finish the process, just before I pay for the shipping. This has happened in the past, resolved itself and is doing it again. I'm not sure what the issue is?? (shipping from Canada)

yess ever since ebay and paypal slit the sheets there has been numerouse problems cant imagine why paypal dont fix the ongoing problem very frustrting but a multi million dollar co is a 2 dollar co with all the problems they cant fix, amazes me

Hello 'super_draven',
Almost everyone has been having problems with the shipping labels. If you go over to the Seller Board, you will find all sorts of 'problems with paypal labels' and 'shipping labels' stories. The troubles are never-ending, so perhaps some glitches simply can't be fixed. (?)
Have a look at some of the other difficulties, and maybe someone has made a suggestion to help in a situation identical to yours:

What error message are you getting?
You mention customs, so I am assuming this means your order has an international destination. Often the problem lays in the buyer name or address with hidden keyboard characters that do not transfer to Western or with an address that the Pitney Bowes/Paypal or Canada Post platform cannot comprehend. I recently had a destination in Austria that was summarily rejected despite being correct because, like Holland, the street comes first and number second.
