I was contacted this evening by a buyer who states that when she tries to purchase one of my items via the BIN option, she gets an error message indicating that her Browser does not support this operation...
She did say that she has never purchased anything in the past with the BIN option, so she has never encountered it before. No one else I have sold to has ever indicated that they were having problems purchasing with the BIN option, and several of my BIN items have sold with immediate payment, so I don't think it is at my end for sure...
Has anyone ever encountered this problem with other buyers, and if so, is there a quick fix that I could send to her? I am sure it is just her security setting in Windows Explorer, but I am not 100% sure, as I have never encountered this one either...
