I'm looking for a comparison of City and municipal Mill rates across Canada for Property taxes and can't find one.
If anyone has one I'd be interested.

I looked up a few cities in Ontario.
London 1.164795
Kitchener 1.203
Sarnia 1.49305
Barrie 1.000
Kingston 1.49 to 1.39 Depends on which side of the tracks you are on
Toronto 0.723
And then Toronto complains about not having enough money to repair their crumbling sewers, water, and power systems,

There is one for cities in Ontario - I've seen it. You'll have to do a search though.

Mill rates are such a quirky thing, no rhyme nor reason. So hard to compare apples + apples.
Both the assessments and the mil rate may or may not respect any reliable standard. Trying to glean any conclusions from mil rates is like trying to figure out how big a pizza is by asking how many pieces it has!

Assessments are applied evenly across the province by MPAC.

The op is talking about across Canada though, which I am sure is a mixed bag of reliability.

Yes, I was interested in mil rates across the country. I did a search but all I found was an archived Gov't site from 2003.
