Hi all,
I have recieved this invitation & I hope to take part in anyway I can. The new store fees have made selling of commodity type products (small Items) not as profitable for sellers and not as a good deal for the buyers as we have had to raise prices etc.

At least the good thing about this is that they are trying to address the most important issue with sellers, the bottom line. Any constructive input can't hurt.

Invitation in what way? You were invited to head office Toronto, where only 10-12 people are supposed to be chosen? or just to take part online?

Pretty sure it's online. But they also said they were conducting phone interviews and they will have a call-in session.

There is an in office session at headquarters in Toronto. I saw Sew-sister's post on CTS and it's legit and she's going to head office. WooHoo for you!! 😄

Yes it does doesn't it but I believe now it's limited to sellers only. I hope it'll be a good thing. I hope guys like Pierre were asked to go too. I've got a big mouth and an opinion on lots of stuff (NO KIDDING!!!) LOL 😛 but Pierre is awesome when it comes to rhyming off numbers and stats. They SHOULD ask him to go. I believe his contribution would be invaluable.

I think many of his comments are well thought out and balanced too. By contrast some of the comments I've seen posted in the thread Jordan started are frankly just plain stupid. :(

A "Canadian" eBay seller and "profit" both mentioned in the same sentence. What is the world coming to? It even sounds like eBay[PayPal] is starting to recognize that there are Canadian members who are sellers. EH?
