Changing Custom Fees

Is What you are saying is that someone from outside Canada bought

your item and wants you to put a lower value on the customs form

so they will pay less in customs fees.

Don't do it.

It is illegal and could affect you if you have to make a claim

for a lost item.

Politely refuse to fake customs information. Ask your customer (who is none too honest, by the way) if he wants to cancel the transaction.

If he agrees, you could use a Mutual Cancellation, but that while fast requires your (shady) customer to agree to the cancellation and allows her to leave feedback.

You would be better to take a deep breath, politely refuse telling the customer that Paypal shipping labels display product values directly from the sales invoice (true!). If she does not pay within 4 days (96 hours), another deep breath and open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Put her on your Blocked Bidder List --under Manage Bidders.

She might pay, and then she will have to pay the customs and tax her country charges to get her items. If she pays she can leave feedback. She might not leave positive feedback. We can face that if it happens.

If she does not pay, escalate the Dispute as soon as possible , another 4 days, and close. You get your selling fees back, she gets a Strike that makes it harder to bid on eBay and bully sellers. She cannot leave feedback.

Some sales are not worth having. I know this is one of your first, but I can't see it going well.
