Conversion error?

Hi there.

I'm trying to pay for an item. I want to use my Mastercard $200 gift card but there's a problem. Paypal's conversion seems way off. It says that $1 USD is more $1 Cad. Like according to PayPal $166.44 USD is equal to $205 CAD. But every other conversion site says it's currently $199. 

What to do?

don't forget paypal charges approx 3.5% service fee  for the conversion, just like your bank does
