Could we have the TRS/PowerSeller Board back?

The TRS /Powerseller Board was useful for professional sellers to get honest advice from our colleagues, to vent about customers (not all of whom are as charming and intelligent as those reading this board), and to give consideration to strategies for handling commercial problems .

Unlike this Board which will soon enough be discovered by newbies who don't quite grasp the difference between a buyer and a seller, the PowerSeller Board was a seller to seller space.

I found it !

It really was gone for a while, then it popped up, then disappeared again, now it seems to be back.  We'll see...

It was always there.

You may not have seen it - by design - if you were not signed in or you were signed in with one of your many User IDs not a PowerSeller.

I don't know about that Pierre -- I just checked 15 minutes ago and it wasn't visible (I had definitely signed in with my TRS ID), and just now when I went back to the Discussion Boards, there it was again.  This isn't the first time it's vanished then mysteriously re-appeared.  Very odd.

Same thing happened to me.

Was not there earlier this morning & now it is visible.

Probably just a glitch.

No big deal, most of the action is on Buyer & Seller Central.

Yes, Pierre I was signed in.

Was missing up til 2pm when i ran errands.

Now it is visible again.

Again, not really a big deal.

Maybe I've discovered the trick????

I was signed in too every time I tried to find it.  Later the PS Board just magically re-appeared on the list of Discussion Boards.  However, I began to notice that every time I made a reply on another board - voilà! - the Power Seller Discussion Board became visible. 

So maybe just signing in isn't enough - you actually have to participate somewhere using your Power Seller ID. 

I'd be interested if others tried this and experienced the same thing, and would be particularly interested if eBay could take a look (and perhaps fix it, or explain the magic act).

Since eBay switched to the new boards, the signing in process is not exactly the same.

In the "good old days", you were asked to sign once daily.

Now, you may sign in but - after a relatively short period of inactivity - while you can access most boards and read the posts, eBay does not recognize you as signed in until you click on "Click here to log back in" on top of the page.  Until you click on that link, the PowerSeller Board will now be seen.

After some inactivity, the top of the page will show:

Your session has expired.
