Couldn't remember password...bought something signed in as a guest...can't find tracking #?

I couldn't remember my eBay password to sign in when I ordered something...can't find email with tracking #....& it's not in my order history when I sign in to ebay...how can I get the tracking # so I can track it & know when I'm supposed to be receiving it? Any help is much appreciated...thnx

Was paypal your funding source? If so, log into your account and look for the transaction in your Account Activity.

Many sellers don't add tracking to shipments because it is very expensive.

I can send you a 100 gram item anywhere in Canada for $1.20  without tracking, but the same item sent Regular Parcel, which is tracked , would cost $13.32.

International shipping is also expensive with tracking.

If your item has not arrived 20 days after payment from North America,  or 30 days from Asia, go to the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.

If you are really unable to find the purchase, go instead to your Paypal account and do the same there. PP hide their Resolution Centre at the top of each page under Tools.

If you are not home when the shipment arrives, the carrier will leave a note in your mailbox, telling you where and when you can pick it up.
