Customer From H***! Any Advise Please?

Greetings! Just wondering if I can get some advise that would be helpful in this situation I'm in. A customer with 15 feedbacks won my red panther auction on Sep 5/08. No communication for 8 days, so I started an unpaid strike. She then communicated through the dispute forum that payment would be coming. Twice she paid me by Paypal, twice those payments were cancelled. I then requested an alternative form of payment, MO or email money transfer (she's also Canadian), not trusting that she wouldn't cancel the payment after the item was mailed. She keeps putting off payment with all kinds of excuses but I noticed on her feedbacks, she has paid quickly for other transactions purchased after mine. She also has one unpaid strike already, I read her feedback comments that she left for others and she made reference to the strike being removed so that makes 2 with mine. I have contacted Ebay twice but have been told that if I choose to end the transaction and close the dispute because I don't trust her, she can still leave me negative feedback. This woman is nothing but grief...any suggestions?

How does one "cancel" a Paypal payment???

Twice she paid me by Paypal, twice those payments were cancelled

HUH???

As to the dispute, leave it open until she pays or timelines run out.

Yes, she can and may leave you negative FB. However, 3 strikes and she's out and FB will be removed.

eBay has been quite aggressive lately in shutting down 3-strike ID's.

And, if she doesn't have the money in her account...the echecks automatically cancel out at the time they are supposed to be paid.

I would take Xena's advice and wait it out.

That's not a payment, that's a promise of payment LOL!

I would continue to try to collect. Keep an eye on dispute deadlines and hope for the best.

Most buyers mean well and then some get in over their head.

Call her and be nice about it. Lessening the anonymity often makes slow or non-payers come around just to get you out of the way.

Good luck!
