Determine if item is natural or lab created?

I am bidding on a ring that is listed as natural moissante with diamonds.   Mostly Moissante is lab created and the patent for moissante is held by Charles & Colvard.   How can I determine if it  is natural or lab created?

From what I could find on google there is no natural natural moissante

The original find was very small and no more has been found.

Shouldn't you have been asking this question before bidding on the item? If it is lab created, you would not have a valid reason to retract your bid unless the seller changes the description (which can be proven).
