Does ebay not have a email address for customer support?

I have looked all over the site, and I can't find an email address to contact ebay with.  They have sent me 2 messages now stating I need to change the picture on 2 of my listings before July 1st, the pixels are not right or something.  They gave me the item numbers but I don't have any listings with the item numbers they gave me, and you can't reply to the message they send either.  This is crazy trying to contact customer support, it should be easier to get help when you are paying for a service.  The only thing I can find is a phone number, and I prefer to use email instead of sitting on hold on the phone for hours, and then getting a support person that has no idea what you are talking about.

They have an office in Toronto with a couple of people, a water cooler, and a fax machine. That is it.

Same here.  It turns out they were listings which had ended a few days ago.  I called up the new listings and revised them.

Thanks for the picture sizing link, turns out it was listings that ended 2 months ago,but I relisted so they got new item numbers.  The pictures were old ones I took with my old camera, but since the item I was selling was the same, I used the same pictures.
