Error code #50029

I have paid for an item and got the conformation e-mail. Why is it that when I click on order details it says : "

The following critical errors have occurred: Sorry, you are neither the buyer nor the seller for this transaction. Only the buyer or the seller can access this page."Did my payment go through? I got a confirmation e-mail but on MyEbay, in the bought section, it does not show the item I purchased? What do I do?

DH is constantly forgetting to sign out when he leaves eBay and I end up trying to respond to queries while logged in as Himself.

Just go up to the top left corner where it eBay says Hi, Name! Sign out and then sign in with the correct one.
