I had an email message from a buyer a few days ago saying that she loved her item but was unable to leave feedback. I looked at my recent transactions and realized that I had only received feedback on 2 of the last 30 - a much lower ratio than normal.
An eBay 'Feedback Specialist' confirmed that they have had a technical issue since May 3rd with a 90 day time frame for a fix. I was told I should have my buyers contact eBay who would step them through a workaround to leave feedback.
I'm sure I'm not the only one whose business depends on good recent feedback! Anyone else run into this issue?
