Global Shipping Program. Item not as described dilema. HELP!

I recently bought an Item that was not as described. I opened a case. The Seller has agreed to refund me my original purchase price +  the shipping. Now under the buyer protection program I am supposed to be covered ALL original shipping costs. So my question is.. Will I also be getting my import fees back from Ebay?. ( My import fees on this particular item was 72 dollars).
