Global Shipping Program and shipping address changes

I bought an item located in USA. Right away I noticed the shipping address was not updated. I contacted the seller and they told me that by using Global Shipping Program with ebay they only ship to ebay warehouse, and ebay will ship to me from then on.

I tried contacting ebay thought Customer Support but never got an answer and it's been 4 days already.

What should I do? I need to be sure the item will be shipped to the correct address.

Hi .. Its your responsibility to keep your account address current and only the seller could make a correction. Once in the system cannot be changed.
