Hi there,
A guy used the buy it now feature on one of my auctions the other day and now refuses to pay for it. Instead he emails me when I asked him for payment that he has cancelled his order. I told him that if does not pay I have to go to ebay to refund my listing fees. He responds by leaving "Neutral Feedback" for me with the word "OK"...neutral is better then negative, however it hurts to get even a neutral when you are on a roll with many positives. Is there anything I can do.....to top it off I went to leave this clown feedback, and I wrote in the text box "non paying...bad communication, and accidently hit enter, and now he's got positive feedback!! Is there any way I can get rid of the comment he wrote, since he has not even completed a transaction with me??

You can't get rid of the comment but you can respond to it. You can add a line under the neutral simply stating that this was a non paying bidder.
I think getting into harsh language never looks good on anyone.
Too bad you left him a positive, but anyone reading it will see that you meant he was not a good risk.
