Hello,
I bought a wireless LAN from this seller . I did not receive the item. I sent the seller many email and they keep avoiding sending a new one. I tried to report the seller to eBay but the listing has gone because I waited so long and they keep telling me to wait till the listing ended and Now I cannot solve the problem and I am seeking an advice from you.
thanks
MA

if you paid through paypal with a credit card or less chance with a bank cheque/withdrawal, contact them for a chargeback.
next time, don't wait so long.
honest sellers respond right away and work and advise you within ebay/paypal rules. any seller who doesn't answer right away (1 day), put in a claim.
don't wait. Worst case scenario, you close the claim. best case you get your money back.
Did I mention? DON'T WAIT.

Boy this is happening a lot lately and i won't ask for the nationality of the seller.
Sorry it happened to you also. Like Froogal has mentioned, contact your credit card company for a chargeback.
Once you have done that, Report this Seller to eBay. If they receive enough unfavourable reports coupled with a pattern of this behaviour they will take action.
Hopefully Newbies are reading the boards & educating themselves in regards to this topic.
Bottom line, file an INR on Day 41.

Thank you bb_cool_stuff for you reply..
How can I report the buyer to eBay ?..The listing has ended and I couldn't open a case.
the seller made a block on me so I can not buy anything from his store and give him a negative rating or report him..
I will contact my credit card company and see what they will do.
Cheers,
MA

If you think it is Chinese sellers that are bad then you are wrong.
The only buyers and sellers I have had trouble with are Canadians. For some reason they seem to think they are entitled tp something for nothing.

I would disagree.
Seems most of the INRs do not originate from Canadian Sellers.
