Hello I ordered items through guest and I haven't received the items yet. how do I contact seller

I ordered item through the guest sign in and haven't received the items yet. I was supposed to have the items by November 24. Every time I click on track my order it say error you are not the seller. no info is given. I cant contacted seller cause of the guest sign in option.

1) Make sure you are signed off your regular eBay account, before clicking the link in the guest email.

2) However, there are reports of problems when the email used as guest is the same as the regular eBay account (make sure your browser does not automatically fill in the login info for the regular eBay account).
