This forgotten password must be for another ID, is that right?
When you try to log in with that ID, you may be asked "secret questions" for which only you will know the answer. You will then be sent an email to whatever email address you used to create that particular ebay account. Follow the instructions in that message.
When you have that cleared up, you will need to add your apartment to your address.
Click on the My eBay at the top of the page.
Then over toward the left, click on the Account tab.
From the far left column under My Account, click on Addresses.
Then over to the far right, find the word Change. Click that.
Be sure to Save any changes you make.
