How Do You People Ship?

So Basically I have been having Problems, Noticing that I miss some products to ship etc. Anyone have any good Ideas or give some Input.

Basically at the moment:

1) Download a History Payment in Excel
2) Then I put the Shipping Address in Word Label so I can print out Labels
3) Make the Pacakges Send them
4) I Email the Buyers that the Item has been Shipped.

So Basically with PayPal when you download the Excel and someone buys something from the store, and buy multiple items of the same item it doesn’t display it on the Excel for Paypal.

So How do you guys do it? Cheers!

Not sure why you are using excel and then using word to product labels when you can simply us the CanadaPOST shipping module and forgo all the run around your doing.

Sound very time consuming not to mention unnecessary given the avaiable tools.

Yeah I have been trying to find shortcuts because it is time consuming most of my items are stampage post, so i dont think CanadaPost shipping Module will work, or will it ??

Simply go to Sold item in MY EBAY, go to awaiting shipping form the STATUS section, and select the items that you need to ship, then click the PRINT tab. It will bring you to PRINT SHIPPING LABELS page. under the section "Invoice and address labels" and choose one of the following. I prefer "Address labels and invoice / packing slip "because you can cut out the top potion for address labels and remain the bottom part as your invoice. then you can buy a roll of $1.15 or $0.96 stamps from canadapost shipping outlet. Pack your item with your address label and apropiate stamp on, then you can just drop your item off in the post office. please refer to canadapost rate for more reference. for example for an item that is under 100g, 1 x $1.15 stamp. for an item that is under 200g uses 2 x $0.96 stamps.
