Hello Guys, Im new to Ebay Canada and Im just wondering if someone can please Help me out understand... 

I am selling NFL beanies and I need the money for shipping ASAP  how do I get this money so I can send to people.. its to expensive to cover all the shipping costs up front.. I have a 21 delay on the funds.. 

Otherwise how do i remove this delay.. How much feedback do I need etc..??

Hey Guys thanks, but I have read through that Many times I dont see where?... How much feedback do I need to get the hold lifted..

eBay/paypal have never fully explained the formula they use.

However at the very minimum you are going to require 10 posotive feedback as a seller over a 90 period with no neutrals during that period and no negatives within 12 months.
