I'm trying to buy 3 items ,one of them is:eBay item number:221358270032.the other 2 are just different sizes.

I asked the seller if she could combine the shipping ,and if she could send me an invoice for the 3 items with one shipping charge,she tells me I should buy the items first,

I don't want to commit myself with buying 3 items and pay 3 shipping charges,she doesn't know how to resolve this,I have no clue myself.

Can you direct me on how to go about doing this transaction?

Ask the seller for an exact quote on combined shipping for the exact three items. Remind her that she is shipping to Canada and that she will find the least expensive service will be USPS First Class International and that the apparently lower courier prices do not include the costs of duty and sales taxes which can add from 2- to 50% to the shipping cost.

This does not happen with USPS /Canada Post shipping.

However.

If she is signed up for the Global Shipping Program, she cannot give you a combined and discounted shipping price. It is relatively complex to get out of the program for small sales and some sellers are willing to let such sales go.

And.

If your total sale is over $100, the Global Shipping Program may (or may not) be cheaper shipped via the GSP, even as three separate items.

Seller for the item # listed above does not seem to be using GSP - seems to be USPS First Class Mail Intl, which is good.

Has seller indicated they will do combined shipping?

If seller won't/can't give a price quote for combined shipping to Canada, you have to decide if the possibility of being stuck with shipping cost x3 items is worth the gamble or not. Don't buy the items until you are sure you will not regret total cost that includes the possible higher shipping cost.
