Unsolicited advice: Your books are thin enough to ship Letter rate for well under $4. You may decide that you need the protection of Delivery Confirmation, but think about the lower cost of the uninsured letter rate.

Also are you aware that you can often get Expedited at a lower price than Regular parcel? You have to print your labels through Paypal, but you get 20-25% off PO counter rates.

Alternately, make the opening price for your books the shipping cost and what is now your asking price the Flat Rate shipping. Most buyers, while they may understand that $1+ $9 = $10 and $9+$1= $10 will prefer to pay less for shipping even though the total is the same.

Once you place bidders on your blocked bidder list,don't be surprised if you get requests from blocked bidders to be allowed to bid on your items. You should think carefully about why you blocked them before allowing them to bid.
