"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."
The probelm is interational shipping. I live in canada and would like to know if this person ships to canada. does international shipping from the u.s. mean that canada is prohibited?
PLEASE HELP! I am wanting this item and don't want to have to send it to a mailbox in the states.
Thanks.
Here is the item # 110913763823
hope someone can help.

Hello 'matthewwillsmiley',
That is the message that appears when a seller does not want contact from outside his shipping zone, but alas, it is not very explanatory. In my view, it would be much better if it said "You are blocked from contacting this seller because he does not want to ship to your country".
I suppose that bit about "reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing" means have a look at the right side of the listing under Other item info where it says 'Ships to: United States', -- but it's not very definitive, is it. A seller who is "not able to respond" is not exactly the same as a seller who has chosen to block you. But there it is.
Some sellers will ship to Canada if asked, - often they just never thought of us before. 🙂 Just not this one.
So you'll want to find a seller who is happy to see more of our Canadian dollars flowing south.
Happy hunting. 🙂

He doesn't want to talk to you.
He doesn't want to sell to you.
He's just not that into you.
His loss.
Move on.

Since that is a US only item, it doesn't even appear in the ebay.ca search (other than when using the item number).
It is possible the seller may have had just one bad experience with an international sale and decided to never do it again.
You may have to just keep searching every few days to see if someone list the same or similar item and who will ship to Canada.
