How do I know if the buyer has paided for my item(through paypal) since I'm a new seller and the access to funds from the payment isdelayed?

So i just sold a game boy and games(through paypal) and I'm so confused on how to figure out if the buyer has paided for the item yet because it says on here http://pages.ebay.ca/sellerinformation/howtosell/acceptingpayments/fundsavailability_default.html "access to funds from buyer payments may be delayed for a few days to promote successful fulfillment." I want to ship the package but I don't know if the buyer has paided yet.

paypal will send you an eMail telling you that it is okay to ship.

But you should also log into your paypal account and check the status there because scammers have been known to send false paypal eMails.

That is however unlikely to happen with low priced items.

Paypal will not allow you to print a shipping label if the payment has not cleared. They will release enough money from the payment to cover postage.

So if PP won't let you print the label, then you have not been paid.

PayPal holds payments on new sellers but must ship..

Payments can also be pending because buyer has paid with an echeque which take 8-9 days to clear with shipping after clearing. Check payment details.
