I committed to buying an item on eBay, the seller messaged me after to say if I didn't pay within 2 days my item would be shipped out late because they were going on holidays for a month so we made an arrangement that I'd pay when they got back. In the mean time the "Pay Now" option has disappeared and it just says "Mark as payment sent" so I'm wondering how do I pay for this item now? The sellers email isn't listed on their page so I can't just sent money through PayPal, and I can't ask this question to them because their English is minimal.

There is a Contact Seller button on the listing.
Your concern is that the seller may not understand your request.
Two suggestions:
1) Look on your Paypal account and see if there is an open invoice there.
2) Go to Google Translate and enter : Please send me a new invoice for eBay # XXXXXXXXXXXX. in whatever you believe is their language AND in English.
In future.
If you back your Paypal account with a credit card, you can pay the seller promptly and pay off the card at your leisure. In addition, if the transaction goes badly, the cc has a chargeback service to supplement PP's Buyer Protection service.
