It will have a big blue button that says

PLACE BID

Or do you mean a Fixed Price Listing that allows Best Offers?

I believe that button is yellow.

Really? You've seen yellow ones? Cool!
All I ever see is blue. The Buy it Now, Place Bid, and Make Offer buttons are all
dark blue on my screen, and the Add to Cart is a paler blue. But still blue.
I have an older version of Internet Explorer. The artist in me would love to see
a lot more colour.
