How do I update an invoice?

A buyer has bought more items after I sent an earlier invoice. How do I combine all the transactions? Thanks.

That was easy, I click on "add other eligible items". Then it shows all items from the buyer.

Hmm, this must be something fairly new.  There used to be a link in the drop-down box next to the item to "Revise Invoice", but I think that was removed long ago now.  

What do they mean by "eligible"?  I thought this referred only to items that were eligible for a seller's automated discounts.  

Did you see this "add other eligible items" button on .ca or .com?  Where exactly was that button?  I'd like to know for future reference, since eBay never tells us about these changes.
