Seeing it is coming from China it could take 5 or 6 weeks.
If you haven't received it by day 43 from time of payment then file a claim with Paypal for item not received no matter what the seller tells you.
When you do receive it make sure you inspect it good for flaws before leaving feedback as a lot of junk comes from Asia
