How to change courrier shipping to local pickup and change payment?

Good day,

My question actually has two parts:

1/ I sold two items to the same buyer and two shipping options were available, courrier or local pickup. Unfortunately the buyer picked one item at local pickup for $3 and the second to be shipped at $4 plus $3 shipping. Although what he wanted to do is have both items for local pickup for a total of $7.

2/ Therefore what do I need to do to apply the paypal payment of $7 to both items instead of on one,  and remove the $3 shipping and change it to local pickup.

I'm new to EBay, so sorry if this is a basic routine fix, but I could not figure out how to go about and complete it.

Tell him to show up and pay you cash.

Ignore what Paypal is doing.

Mark his item paid manually in your Sold List.

Leave positive feedback.

Never take PP for a pickup. The buyer can then claim the item as Not Delivered and get a refund. It doesn't often happen, but cover your.. bases.
