How to charge Canadian taxes on .com ?

Now that Ebay forces us to list on .com if we want to list in USD, how do i charge taxes to Canadian buyers buying from those listing?

If it works why change??? I seriously doubt about the increase in sale when the buyers have to assume the conversion rates charged by Paypal which is higher than the actual rate.

There is no 'actual' rate.

The rates you see in the newspaper or on a site like xe.com are mid-market rates for banks and financial institutions dealing in millions of dollars (any country), euros, pounds, yen, yuan, rupees.

If you go to your bank and ask about their selling rate, then walk across the street to a different bank and ask theirs, then do the same at the credit union down the road, and also at the foreign exchange shop at the airport, you will get four different rates.

Go back again tomorrow and get four more different rates.
