How to reach buyer with question before shipping when email incorrect.

I need to reach a buyer with a question before I ship. New guest buyer. She doesn't respond to emails sent through eBay messages and the email address she gave on PayPal is undeliverable. Does this email (comes back as undeliverable) count as an "incorrect address". I really think she still wants the item but I don't really want to have to make a long distance phone call to her either.

I did find this on eBay. Would it apply here? Not sure if a user also applies to a buyer.
Invalid and Dead Email Addresses

How to reach buyer with question before shipping when email incorrect.

So, I just read that a person using a guest account can not access their "My eBay" until they register as a user so obviously can't read their messages. I guess I will have to call her tomorrow evening; I'm pretty sure she is at work during the day from the email address.
