Nope.
If you choose an item from the USA that has these words:
Customs services and international tracking provided
You will be charged an 'import fee' that includes the appropriate duty and more importantly sales taxes, plus a $5 or so service fee. before the seller ships.
If you choose a US seller who does not use this, or a seller from overseas, the postie may charge you the appropriate duty and sales tax plus a $9.95 service fee on your doorstep. More likely you will get a note telling you to pick up the parcel at the PO. They will ask for photo ID and charge the duty, tax and fee.
If you choose a seller who uses a courier, it's pretty much the same as the PO, but the service fee is $25 or more and the pick up will be somewhere in the boonies where parking is easy, rents are cheap and the buses run semi-annually.
