this seller has numerous similar complaints....how do I contact ebay

 

the resolution centre is not user friendly and I cannot figure out how to file a complaint

 

I cannot even go and post a bad review on the seller

Over 60 days ago?

No you have to file a claim within 45 days.

Returns have to be Confirmed Delivery or a claim will fail.

You have only 60 days to leave feedback.

 

Go to the credit card you actually paid with. (Paypal is just the mediator). Call the 1-800 number and ask about a chargeback. The clerk will need precise information to do your refund on dates, payment amounts, transaction number etc. Have that handy.

 

In future, read the feedback for an idea of problems.

And as your mother told you, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
