That was just before the weekend so your item was probably not mailed until Monday which means it will be just two weeks tomorrow. When you look at your purchase on your my ebay page does it show the item as having been shipped?
Apparently when you order items from Asia, they usually take from 2 weeks to about 35 days. If you haven't received it by the latest date, contact the seller and if they don't refund you, file an item not received claim. You must do that before the 45th day. I would probably do it a little sooner than that. If the seller promises to send the item out again, insist on a refund because if you still don't receive the item after they ship it again, you will be too late to file a claim.
