Some of the international restrictions include fur. I sent something with feathers that won't go through. Why? It seems like they can pick and choose what goes to Canada because Canada says "no used clothing". What? That's half of Ebay! Now that it is not going to be delivered where is it?

Now that it is not going to be delivered where is it?
Wrong question.
While it is up to the buyer to know what can and cannot be imported into his own country, in this case the question should be"How do I get my money back?"
Open an Item Not Delivered dispute from the Resolution Centre under Customer Support up there on the right.
Unless the item can be shown to have been delivered you will get your money back.
There is no ban on importing used clothing nor on most furs. Heck, Frenchy's would go out of business!! Some animal products are banned to protect endangered species.
However, even if the regulations were misinterpreted, that won't get your money back or the item delivered.
File the Dispute.
