I tried to add a returned item track number and get errors: technical hiccup. Anyone know why?

I am trying to add a tracking number for a returned item. After I input the tracking number and carrier name, and click on 'Add Tracking Details' button, then i get a error page says there is a technical hiccup. Anyone know why this happened?

Turn off the computer completely. Go out in the fresh air and walk around the block.

When you get back try again. It will probably have fixed itself.
