I want to launch a complaint against a EBay representative.

the bidding on my item has stopped. Because the increment has become to high. Nobody wants to bid 10 or 25 bucks each time. The reps, blew me off..pretty well told me to suck it up..they, Ebay has effectively stopped the bidding by refusing to remove the 10-25 incremental charge. people will continue to bid 2 or 3 buck not 25

An eBay rep can not change the bidding increments.

Your complaint isn't valid. The reps do not make the policies. They have no control over bidding increments.

No. The bidding stopped because the bidders though the item wasn't worth more than what they bid. If they thought your items were worth $500 and more, they would have bid that amount and more.  It has nothing to do with increments.
