Internationnally shipping from Kentucky to Canada. Anybody have problems. My item was shipped November 21 and I'm still waiting.

Suppose to be able to track through your myebay but have no idea what pangs this new program is suffering.

Keep in mind that you have 45 days to file an item not received dispute in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Always file no later than day 43 from payment date.

I'm not convinced that this program is going to improve delivery.
