Help Please! I thought that I could go to paypal and combine auctions sold into 1 combined invoice. I went there tonight and couldn't even find Items Sold and not paid. Did they change this?....or do I just need to get away from my computer for a while? 😞

I have had nights where items that have ended don't show up under "Items I've Sold" for up to several hours, as well as the Items Sold e-mail. This may be one of those nights for you.

During the past week, I have received a Payment Received email from Paypal that never did show up as Paid in Ebay sold page. This has happened 3 times lately. Luckily I read these or the customers would still be waiting for the item and I'd still be waiting for payment.

My immediate problem, however is:
I thought that there was a tab or some way to see items that I have sold on the "Paypal" site. I went there because, ebay Sold page wouldn't allow me to combine 3 items for a customer. One of these items was listed on ebay.com and 2 others were listed on ebay.ca. The ebay.com item turned up a notice that it could only be invoiced on Ebay.com.

Ahh. I seriously doubt you can combine items listed on two different eBay sites. Pick one site and list there. You will avoid all sorts of headaches, including what you are experiencing now. I've never invoiced through PayPal as when I've tried in the past I found it to be very poorly planned and didn't work properly. In any case the rule with eBay is K.I.S.S. -- eBay and PayPal cause enough problems without trying to do a high-wire act.

Cheers,
Ernie.

You used to be able to generate a combined invoice through Paypal (after jumping through hoops to make it work) but they removed the option a couple of months ago. It was the only way I know of to get .ca and .com items on one invoice. As Erniw said, its much easier to stick to one site.

I have noticed that many ebayers list on both sites and offer combined invoice discounts. I guess it is possible to create a totally New Invoice through Paypal to do this. But...there must be an easier way.....

I've encountered this situation myself. I normally list on .ca but somehow during a week a while back I discovered I had listed several items on .com. Of course someone purchased 2 items and when I tried to combine, it didn't work.
I went to online help and talked to someone there, who asked for the item numbers of the sold items. He very knowledgably confirmed that yes, one item was listed on .CA and one item was listed on .COM....haha....not alot of help there.
I ended up just discounting the shipping on one of the items and sending out 2 separate invoices which wasn't very convenient but was the only option I seemed to have.
