MY item is shipped but when I click on tracking it shows the page does not exist.

 

I did not recieve anything but ebay also closed all the gates to help on that order because they have to refund me that money.

 

seems like ebay is itself a scam.

After wasting 2-3 hours i find a way to even talk to ebay... now that is also on public forum..  and not even sure they might delete my post !!

 

but in any case i am video recording it to show this on youtube.. if they resolve then i will take this post off.. lets see !

Item does not exist

Go to paypal. You've 180 days to request a refund for an Item Not Received. It will also have a record of your tracking. Do it now.

Many sellers don't track their shipments.

This evening I shipped a $40 item for 85 cents that would have cost over $10 to ship with tracking.Neither I nor my customer want that.

 

When did you purchase and pay?

Have more than 20 days passed since you paid? If your seller is in North America, you should have received it by now. If your seller is in Asia, allow 30 days.

 

If that time has passed, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.

If the seller cannot show that the item has been delivered (the only use for tracking), he is required to refund you.

If he does not do so promptly, eBay/Paypal will and then go after him for their money.

 

All this is done by robots. No need to talk to eBay at all. Actually faster if you don't.

 

If less than 20 days have passed, your Dispute will be on hold until the postal system has had a chance to deliver.

 

If you are not home when the post is delivered, you will be left a notice of where and when you can pick up your parcel.

 

If you cannot open a Dispute on eBay, go to Paypal. They have longer deadlines.

 

 

And mention if the seller is Not A Registered Seller (NARU) or if the item was shipped under the Global Shipping Program. This information will help the clerk with the refund process.

 

This is mail order. Nothing is instant.

Thanks for your advise.

 

This is my problem when I go to resolution center. The item does not exist. Neither the item is there in the catalogue.

The item was not delivered to me. I am from North american country and it was sold by someone from asia.

 

I send an email to the seller but no response. It was obviously a spammy one. I realised this only after I bought this item.

 

I am going to try the paypal route. Lets see what happens. I will keep you posted.
