Leaving Feedback

If you win an item or buy it now,then pay right away,who should leave feedback first,the seller or the buyer?

I feel that the seller should leave feedback first because I did my part after paying.

I do understand that some sellers would want to wait because the buyer might not leave feedback,but I 
have left feedback for a lot of sellers and havent received any myself.

What do you think?

i used to leave feed back right after my buyer paid,then i started to leave fb only after  my buyer let me know it was received,both ways work,however 20% of my buyer dont leave fb ither way.

Feedback is completely voluntary.

All buyers have 100% positive feedback. For buyers it is egoboo.

For sellers, feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings are important for their ability to list and to sell.

I agree that sellers should leave FB as soon as possible. I like to give the shipping date in feedback, giving an otherwise fairly useless shmooze some value. It also encourages the buyer to leave feedback.
