the listing is No. 400674270037. As far as I recall there were 2 bids and i placed mine with my maximum as the 3rd bid. there were no further bids but I paid my maximum. Someone suggested that our maximum bids were very close that is why this happened. Does that sound reasonable? Ordinarily I would have paid the other person's max bid at a lower cost.
