I was wondering if anyone can help me out.
I have been working on my own website for a while now, I would like to find a merchant credit card processing company so I can offer choice between PayPal and Credit Cards, as well as Interac.
The problem I have is I would like to offer a subscription service.
I need to let people store credit cards on my site (not on my servers, but on a credit processors), this way I can avoid fake subscriptions. So you have to have a valid credit card stored in order to have a subscription activated.
Since comic prices can change all the time, I need to be able to bill people for the amount they have subscribed to (not just a flat amount), for the time period they choose (1 month, 2 weeks etc.) At the same allow people to store credit cards (express shop) so they dont have to enter that information everytime. I need that information stored on the credit card processors services but I can charge it and so can they. Where I dont need to know peoples credit card information so its protective.
I know authorize.net does this, but I would like to find a Canadian company who can do this. So I can offer USD/CDN prices and Interac Online.
Does anyone have any suggestions.

Do you have a merchant account? Pretty well any of the big processors can do what you want.
If you don't have a merchant account then start with your bank. If you already have one then talk to your processor.
Keep in mind that the minimum fees for this type of service may kill you.
