Mutual Cancellation

Hi need an advice... Due to shipping service (tracking Number) was not available at a reasonable cost and on mutual agreement the buyer and the seller (me) want to cancel the transaction... How do we proceed ?

i do beleive that when you go to report buyer a cancel transaction option is there on the side. gives u a bunch of choices. once you submit it alls they have to do is agree to it.

Click the down arrow beside the transaction and choose "Resolve a Problem"

On this page, it should already be on the option for cancelling the transaction, just follow the prompts from there
