New Level PowerSeller CP Question...

Hey everyone! Hope everyones doing well!

We recently jumped from being Bronze Tier Powersellers to Silver Tier Powersellers and are wondering how we could apply the new savings that we get with CP? How do we change our CP account from bronze discounts to silver discounts? I have tried calling powerseller support and lets not even go there. I also tried e-mailing .ca PS support and its been well over a month and no response. Does anybody know how to make the switch?

Daniel not to burst your bubble . But you have a better change guessing the free listing day on Ebay each year then getting an answer to your riddle.

Most powersellers have not used the Ebay PS discount through CP because you can get a deeper discount on your own with CP

I asked that question to a CP rep and they said the Bronze and Silver powersellers get the same marginal discount. The Gold and Titanium get the higher discounts.

And if you open your own personal account with CP you get .........................the Gold and Silver level if you are doing the volume . On all packages over 1kg to America Not just Air packages as the CP powerseller discount is set up
