I had a buyer purchase two items last night. The same buyer was bidding on a third item. This morning this buyer is "no longer registered". I have never seen this before either. Very strange.

I have had several since the feedback changes took effect. Most were new or low feedback buyers. Before the changes, I had never seen that happen either.
There is also a big increase in the number of unpaid items. Since newbies generally don't know all of the implications for buying and not paying, they probably think they can get away with it because we can't leave them negative feedback.
I too have seen many buyers no longer registered. I had a big increase in UPI's the first couple of months. Fingers crossed I rarely get any now. But this was a first to see 3 sellers no longer registered within a matter of days. But thinking now, maybe it is because of the hurricanes. I sure hope I'm wrong.
"No longer registered" indicates the account has been suspended by eBay for various reasons, the most common being counterfeiters, scam artists and account take overs.:-(
There is one person out there who keeps registering under different names just to buy my Minton Dynasty set. I found out the first time that the person who was supposed to be the purchaser is dead. Since then, I contact Trust & Safety and within days the purchaser is "unregistered". This has happened about 6-7 times already.
Thanks for the info ampurtle!! It makes sense I was just so surprised when it happened 3 times. But I did think there was something familiar about a couple of them. There is another one just listed in the last couple of days that seems familiar as well. gifts_of_elegance What a pain in the butt that must be. Keeps us on our toes.
Happened again!!! If it keeps up like this, I might make Titanium Power Seller! At $15,000 each time, shouldn't take long!
My concern is that all this is going to make my item unsellable. What must people think when they see it sold over and over and it keeps being relisted for sale.
