Not sure what I should be doing in regards to a non receipt claim I filed.

Bought /Paid/received 33 emails from paypal fraud and protection/

wait or start claim/started non receipt claim/seller replied

with china post track # -which I can't access anywhere to check..

now it says  Paypal investigating stage..  so did I miss something

I tried to reply but it would not give me access to do so..The original email after claim said not to do anything..

Anybody out there had this experiance??

Some time ago another person had a similar problem, - it seemed he was put on hold indefinitely.  Paypal never did get back to him about anything.  I'd say give their customer service a call, - if you are willing to put in the time, talking with a real human may help sort it out:

When, where, and how did you get the tracking number?  Did you get it after you started your claim?  Perhaps pp is waiting to see if the number indicates delivery.  You could try to track it here:
