Page Not Responding

Yesterday and today I tried to do the search by "by bidder" and was getting only "page is not responding", the reference to the Announcement Board brings nothing.

Cleared browser's memory... no changes...

Hope I placed this message in the right section.

Anybody else has this problem?

The 'rumor' on some of the .com boards is that this has something to do with the following article.

Or...it could just be a glitch.

Yes, I have same "pictures" on IE and on Chrome.

Why the system tells us to look the Announcements if nothing is there?   Another old reference?

eBay has used the same generic message for at least fifteen years. 

And, NO, there has never been an announcement on the Announcement Board

Just another bug (glitch).  We all got used to it over the years.

Still not working for me when trying to search by bidder, I only use ebay.ca , went to .com and search by bidder is not even there only search by seller or item number, so I bet they are removing it from .ca

You have to click search by seller on eBay.com and then the search by bidder shows. But it is a dead link.

Just got confirmation today from eBay.ca country manager:

"It IS in fact a policy change. To project the privacy and security of all eBay users a decision was made to disable this feature globally. That being the case, the user experience that we're left with is obviously not good enough. We have asked for more helpful messaging around this, as it currently just looks broken."

There were reports of the feature working on the.com site yesterday but today the same 'broken' page comes up.
